How To Enjoy Our Loose-Leaf Teas:

Scoop 1 tablespoon of herbs into your favorite infuser, tea bag, or teapot and add about 8oz of boiling water.

Let steep for 5-10 minutes, preferably with a lid on top so that the healing essential oils from the herbs do not escape. The longer you let the herbs steep, the stronger and more potent their benefits will be.

To sweeten we love to add raw local honey, or organic agave and a squeeze of lemon or orange.
