Digest your Best Chai Tea is our take on a classic cinnamon Chai tea. Chai spices are known to be great for supporting easy digestion so we love to drink this tea either right before or right after a meal.
Since traditional chai teas are made with milk and sugar we totally recommend adding your favorite creamer or a dash of plant milk and local honey to this blend.
With the main flavors being cinnamon, clove, ginger, orange peel and black tea, it is the perfect warming cup of tea for colder weather. This tea is slightly caffeinated as it does include black tea leaves.

Ingredients: Organic Cinnamon, Organic Black Tea, Organic Ginger, Organic Cardamom, Organic Star Anise, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Black Peppercorn, Organic Cloves
How To Enjoy Our Loose-Leaf Teas:
Scoop 1 tablespoon of herbs into your favorite infuser, tea bag, or teapot and add about 8oz of boiling water.
Let steep for 5 minutes, preferably with a lid on top so that the healing essential oils from the herbs do not escape.
To sweeten our Chai blend we love to add a little vanilla creamer, or your preferred milk/cream and sugar variety.
Drinking 2-4 cups a day (directly before or after meals) will maximize the possible benefits.
